There are seasons in life where God gently whispers, “Prepare.”

And then there are seasons where He clearly says, “Go.”

This year feels like that kind of season for me. A sacred crossing. A year of mission, obedience, and deeper connection. Not polished. Not perfect. But deeply purposeful.

I am stepping into a year that is marked by movement, which is movement toward people, toward purpose, and toward the places God has been quietly preparing long before I ever felt ready.

There are seasons when God shifts the rhythm of our lives so gently that we only realise it once we are already walking in step with Him. This year feels like that for me. A quiet but undeniable transition. A new season marked by obedience, mission, and a return to presence.

Not performance but presence based.

For the past few years, much of our connection has lived online. Screens became sacred spaces. They carried prayers, encouragement, teaching, and moments of shared faith when gathering in person was not always possible. I honour that season deeply, because God met us there. He sustained us there. But I also sense that season drawing to a close.

Now, God is inviting us into something more embodied. More personal. A shift from digital spaces into in-house gatherings and interactive, in-person meetings. A return to sitting together, listening closely, and allowing the Holy Spirit to move in real time. There is something deeply holy about sharing the same space. About looking one another in the eye. About being fully present without distraction.

This year is also a year of mission for me. Not just in the sense of travel or destination, but in availability. In being willing to be sent, to serve, and to show up where God is already at work. Mission, I am learning, is often less about doing more and more about surrendering deeper. It stretches faith, refines motives, and reminds me that obedience is more powerful than clarity.

Surrender deeper.

There have been moments when this path has felt uncertain. This season has not been easy or breezy. Yet I am reminded again and again that God orders our steps, even when we do not yet see the full picture. Faith does not demand all the answers. It simply asks us to trust the One who holds them.

As I lean into this new rhythm, my heart is especially drawn toward women. Toward creating safe, grace-filled, trauma-informed spaces where stories are honoured and faith is nurtured gently. In-house gatherings where conversation flows freely, prayer feels natural, and no one is pressured to perform or pretend. Spaces where healing can begin quietly, where hope can be restored, and where community can grow organically.

There is a depth that comes from slowing down and walking together. From fellowship that is not rushed or curated, but real. Scripture reminds us that where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom (2 Corinth 3:17). I believe that freedom is often found in community, when we gather with open hearts and open hands.

This blog is not a declaration of arrival. It is simply an invitation into the journey. A new season is unfolding, one marked by mission, presence, and meaningful, in-person connection. I do not have a perfect roadmap, but I do have peace. And that peace comes from knowing I am walking in step with God’s leading.

We are better together.

And God is not finished with the story yet.

“With God, nothing will be impossible.” (Luke 1:37)

Here’s to the yes.

Here’s to the mission.

Here’s to meeting in person.

Ascribing all Glory to Jesus.
